Is there a minimum charge?
Wheatsheaf catering operates a minimum spend policy of £300.00 for a three or four course meal & £200.00 for a buffet
How do i pay & when?
We require a 25% deposit upon confirmation of your booking or no later than one month prior to the event. The balance is then paid in full on the day of the event or prior to the event by either cash or cheque. Account holders will be invoiced after each event with payment due within 28 days of the event. Our prices include VAT at the relevant rate.
The price we quote for our catering services is inclusive of the number of of staff relevant to the number of your guests. Should you require staff over & above our minimum requirements we would be happy to quote you accordingly. We would also be pleased to quote for waiters/waitresses to be provided for a buffett event.
Do i have to pay for waiters/waitresses?
What if i need to cancel after my booking?
We weill make every effort to accommodate minor alterations to your booking,however we do ask you give as much notice as possible.
What happens if one of my guests accidentally damages wheatsheaf caterings' property?
We ask that any breakages are paid for at cost per item. The items will be invoiced after the event & payment is due within 28 days from the date of invoice.
What happens if Wheatsheaf Catering accidentally damages our property?
Should any accidental damage occur to your property whilst we are providing a service to you,you will be fully recompensed through our insurance company
